Travel Product Refund Policy

1. Scope of Application

This refund policy applies to all travel-related products, including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel reservations, attraction tickets, vehicle services, local ground services, and customized travel itineraries.

As travel products involve advance reservations such as flights, hotels, vehicles, and tickets, actual costs are incurred once a booking is confirmed. Therefore, refunds will be processed in accordance with the following rules.

2. Refund Rules

(1) Cancellation 30 days or more before departure

A full refund can be applied for.

(2) Cancellation 20–29 days before departure

A 70% refund can be applied for.

(3) Cancellation 15–19 days before departure

A 70% refund can be applied for.

(4) Cancellation within 15 days before departure

Refunds are not supported.

3. Important Notes

As the travel industry involves advance reservations and payments for flights, hotels, attraction tickets, and transportation services, once a booking is confirmed, related costs are incurred and some expenses may not be refundable.

Customers are kindly requested to carefully verify travel dates, traveler information, and itinerary details before confirming the booking.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation. The actual time of receipt depends on the payment method and the processing time of the bank.

5. Customer Acknowledgement

Travel products are advance reservation services. Please understand that the above refund rules follow standard industry practices.

By completing the payment, the customer is deemed to have read and agreed to this refund policy.
